Centrifugal Horizontal Slurry Pums Introduction:
one. HS series slurry pump is designed for the continuous pumping of large abrasive, large density slurries with minimal maintenance demands. The putting on areas are manufactured of ultra chrome alloy or rubber. It will preserve large effectiveness over the use life of its factors.
two. The metal damp parts and rubber ones can be interchangeable for handling various liquids or slurries.
three. HS slurry pumps are obtainable in measurements ranging from one inch to 18 inch discharge and attribute large performance functionality capable of stream costs from ten.8 to 5400 m³/h and heads up to a hundred twenty five meters for substantial head designs.
4. CZPTurethane Components can be interchangeable with rubber ones.
Functions:
one. Cylindrical structure of bearing assembly: handy to alter the area among impeller and front liner
and can beremoved completely
2. Interchangeable anti-abrasive soaked components made of large-chrome alloys
3. Casing halves of ductile iron with exterior reinforcing ribs give large running strain capabilities
and an extra measure of safety.
4. The discharge branch can be oriented to any 8 positions at the interval of 45 degrees
5. Different travel varieties: DC(direct connection), V-belt travel, equipment box reducer, hydraulic couplings, VFD,
SCR handle, and many others
six. The shaft seal uses the packing seal, expeller seal and mechanical seal
