Introduction of Rotary Piston Vacuum Pump<\/p>\n

Here are two kinds of the rotary vacuum pump:
model H single-stage rotary piston vacuum pumps and model 2H double-stage rotary piston vacuum pumps. <\/p>\n

Rotary piston vacuum pump is suitable for extracting air and other general gases. When use gas ballast, it can also extract a small amount of condensable gases (such as steam).<\/p>\n

Additional devices shall be installed when extracting gases with high oxygen content, explosive, corrosive to ferrous metals and and When extracting gas that chemically reacts with vacuum oil.<\/p>\n

This type of pump can be operated singly or as the CZPT stage pump of high vacuum pumps such as diffusion pump, oil booster pump and roots pump.<\/p>\n

Compared with rotary vane vacuum pump, H-type slide valve pump is more durable and has a CZPT service life.<\/p>\n

Application:<\/p>\n

The pump is widely used in vacuum coating, vacuum heat treatment, vacuum sintering, molecular distillation and aviation simulation tests.<\/p>\n

2. The bearing seal chamber supplies oil separately and is separated from the pump chamber, to avoid seal damage prematurely caused by impurities entering the bearing.<\/p>\n

3. According to the user’s requirements,Auxiliary oil tank can be attached to cool the vacuum oil and separate impurities.<\/p>\n
