Nieuw type PVC-drinkwaterleidingmachine met hogere output, PVC-buisextrusiemachine, PVC-buisproductiemachine, PVC-buisextrusielijn met lager energieverbruik en hogere effici\u00ebntie.<\/p>\n

Functies <\/strong>conische dubbele CZPT-extruder CZPT voor PVC CZPT-buis<\/p>\n

1) Het wordt voornamelijk gebruikt bij de productie van PVC-buizen met verschillende diameters en wanddiktes voor toepassingen zoals waterleidingen in de landbouw en de bouw, kabelaanleg, enzovoort.\u00a0<\/p>\n

2) De installatie bestaat uit een conische dubbelschroefextruder, een vacu\u00fcmkalibreertank, een afvoerunit, een snijmachine, een stapelaar of een ringmachine, enzovoort.\u00a0<\/p>\n

3) De extruder en de afvoermachine maken gebruik van een ge\u00efmporteerd AC-frequentiebeheersysteem.\u00a0<\/p>\n

De vacu\u00fcmpomp en de aandrijfmotor maken gebruik van hoogwaardige onderdelen.\u00a0<\/p>\n

4) Afvoermachines met verschillende technische specificaties, zoals machines met twee, drie, vier of zes klauwen, enzovoort, worden voor specifieke doeleinden vervaardigd.\u00a0<\/p>\n

5) Het is bovendien voorzien van een apparaat voor het meten van de afmetingen en een apparaat voor het vergroten van de dikte.\u00a0<\/p>\n
