API\u00a0 F Series triplex Mud Pump for oil drilling<\/p>\n

F series mud pump has a CZPT er stroke and can be operated at a lower stroke, thus improved the water supplying perfor-mance effectively and extended the lifetime of expendable parts in the fluid end greatly.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The CZPT end uses combined lubricating system of forced lubrication and splash lubrication. CZPT ble to lubricate and promote the service life of CZPT end.\u00a0<\/p>\n

This series mud pump are strictly manufactured according\u00a0to API Spec 7k “the Equipment Specification of Well Drilling and Repairing”, and are tested accordingly when leave factory.

Features of drilling rig mud pump\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. The pump has features of\u00a0advanced structure, small volume, reliable operation, easy maintenance.\u00a0<\/p>\n

2. The cylinder is made of alloy steel forgings, and the three cylinders of each pump are interchangeable.\u00a0<\/p>\n

3. The suction valve and discharge valve of F1300 and F1600 are interchangeable.\u00a0<\/p>\n

4. In order to enhance its corrosion resistance, the cylinder surface is processed by chemical nickel plating.\u00a0<\/p>\n

5. The design of straight-through cylinder valve structure, reduced the volume of the hydraulic cylinder and increased the volumetric efficiency.\u00a0<\/p>\n

6. The hydraulic cylinder, cylinder liner, piston, valve body, valve seat, valve spring, seal, valve cover, cylinder head of F1300 and F1600 are interchangeable.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
