Utilization:
The calender can be used for rubber sheet or PVC sheet processing, tire sheet processing, coating ect. Roller number will be two roll,three roll, four roll ,five roll.
Functions for the rubber (or PVC) calender:
Hollow Roll : amount can be two,three,4 or five according to the technical of goods.
We can design drilled roll for you. and mirror sharpening the area.
The roll content is Solid iron alloy (LTG-H), soon after quenching and precision processing, hardness HS:76.
Principal bearing : Dual-listed Tiaoxin spherical roller bearings
Base of equipment : is produced by solid iron (FC30),following quenching,maximum intension and precision, with lubrication hole.
seal-capping of base is manufactured by aluminum ,no oil leakage in and outside.
Reducer: Airtight leaching oil kind,hardened gear reducer, Practically no sound,safty . CZPT is six quality.
CZPT pump: power is .37 KW,by Oil automatic circle. With oil back window on the base of machine,you can check the oil for lubrication.
Crisis brake among motor and reducer, when overload ,the machine will quit automaticly
