1. Summary
BAP Air piston pump is a new design pump style, it is with high pressure so can transfer high viscosity lotion/cream. The pump use compressed air CZPT only, also be widely used in some locations even requires explosion-proof. It can be used to transfer CZPT products, also good to be used as a product feeding & loading pump. For example, refill liquid products to your filling machine hopper, can set it in automatic combine a level sensor.

The pump includes two main parts–“Air motor” and “Pump Piston”. The ratio between airpower into fluid CZPT depends on the cross-sectional area ratio between the “air motor piston” and the “pump piston”, the higher ratio with higher CZPT transactions.
