Model-2QS Steam Reciprocating Pump is a pumping equipment which uses steam as CZPT by “Principle of Pump”. Its main advantages are: simple structure, easily manage, connect with steam pipe to use as CZPT as it has the place of source of steam. It is suitable for medium and small size boiler feed water, transportation petroleum product in a refinery, drainage in a mine etc.

When steam pump is used for boiler feed water, flow will decrease about 2 0 % , also reciprocating times decrease Various steam pump cylinder working pressure is 1 .4MPa, steam discharge pressure 1 .7MPa, real pressure must be decided according to the steam pressure of cylinder piston I, e the bigger steam pressure is, the bigger steam discharge pressure is. Attached list is CZPT kinds of relation curve between steam inlet and outlet pressure – differential and steam discharge pressure, for example: Model-Q B-3, QB – 9 Steam Pump, When steam pressure-differential in piston is 0 .7MPa, steam discharge pressure is right 1.17MPa (equal to 117 m Hg) shown in list with dotted line, the lowest steam pressure more than 0.3 MPa, otherwise pump will not starting.
Various steam pumps are suitable for saturated steam and superheated steam, the temperature should be less than 200ºC.
