導入
調整可能な電流制限ギャッププロセスによる加圧、圧力損失膨張の形成、爆発、せん断、高速衝突の複合効果により、粒子と液滴は非常に小さなサイズに粉砕され、理想的な溶液またはエマルジョン分散液が生成されます。製品の安定性、一貫性、混合性、吸収の容易さ、栄養価、保存期間、風味、色、安全性は、均一なプロセスで実現されます。
応用

3)シーリング材は150℃未満で使用できます℃、接触する部分はステンレス鋼でできており、 酸性およびアルカリ性にとどまるバルブとプランジャーはすべて特殊な素材で作られているため、 丈夫で安価。 ベアリングは特殊合金素材で作られているため耐久性にも優れており、摩擦が大きいほど硬度が高くなります。
4)ホモジナイザーの潤滑は信頼性が高く、最初のオイル交換は 800時間から1000時間働くそれ以降は、1年ごとにオイル交換が必要になります。
5)圧力が高いほど材料は細かくなり、粒子サイズはより均一になります。30MPa以下のモデルは、主に液液乳化用です。30MPa以上の圧力では、液固分散液が作用し、圧力が60MPaに達すると材料の粒子サイズは2μm以下になり、80MPaに達するとより顕著になります。その役割は主に超微粒子破砕CZPTに使用され、以下の一般的な1μmを達成します。100MPa以上では、より微細な粒子を生成でき、材料粒子の一部は高圧均質化を繰り返した後、0.1～0.5μmの無粒状材料を準備できます。
