導入：
This series of pumps are improved on the type of 2XZ. We adopt foreign advanced technology and experiences. It is used for pumping the the water vapor in sealed vessels to make the vessels in a vacuum. It can also be as forepump of the high vacuum or super high vacuum equipments. It is widely used in vacuum smelting, vacuum coating, solar noncrystalline silicon, monocrystal silicon, poly silicon, distilling, industry, food packaging, aerospace technology, semiconductor,electronics, refrigeration equipment, medical treatment, chemicals and laboratory or laboratory of universities and colleges.

WX type oilless rotary vane vacuum pump is a clean vacuum pump which is designed and developed by ourselves. It can work without lubricating oil and have no pollution. This type of vacuum pump is applicable to vacuum drying machines and vacuum concentration. 2XZF anti-explosive direct-drive rotary vane vacuum pump
The pump is improved on the 2XZ series. It is widely used in petroleum, chemicals, mine, medicine, oil house, service station, liquid gas station, gas flue, aerospace and military. The equipment to pump inflammable and detonatable gas which have the IIA or IIB anti-explosion level and the temperature with T1 to T4.

Because it has many advantages as small in size, light in weight, and low operating sound, thus is is more suitable for laboratory use.
2. At the ambient temperature range of 5~40 degrees and the inlet pressure is less than 10,the pump is allowed to be under long-term continuous operation.When the pumping gas relative humidity is over 90%,the gas ballast valve should be open.
3. Continuous flow pump inlet air operation shall not exceed 3 minutes.
4. Pump is not suitable for pumping gases which are corrosive to metal,easy to get chemical reaction with pump oil,or a gas containing dust particles, as well as the high oxygen, explosive, toxic gases.2X series rotary vane vacuum pump.

仕様:
XZ type vacuum pump is a rotary vane type oil seal, single-stage vacuum pump for the purpose of pumping gas in a sealed container.
Product overview:
The pump can be used to repair air-conditioning, refrigeration equipment, suction device, medical equipment, vacuum packaging, vacuum, physical and chemical laboratory and various vacuum operation,like small devices that require a vacuum environment. The oil can also be used as forepumps for small booster pumps, oil diffusion pumps and molecular pumps.
The pump is not suitable for pumping gases that are corrosive to ferrous metal oil or easy to get chemical reaction with pump oil , nor the gases containing dust particles with high oxygen content,as well as explosive, toxic gases.
It can be used alone, also can be used as the forepump, diffusion pump, and molecular pump.It can be applied to electronic vacuum device manufacturing, thermos manufacturing, vacuum welding, printing, plastic, refrigeration equipment repairment and instrumentation supportings. Because it has many advantages as small in size, light in weight, and low operating sound, thus is is more suitable for laboratory use.
Operating instructions:
one. On checking the oil level,it is appropriate to stop pump oil at the standard oilmark center.
2. Check the ultimate vacuum pressure of the pump.The ultimate vacuum pressure we mark out is partial pressure thus it should take the compression mercury vacuum gauge as the standard (national standards). Other vacuum gauges are the combination of gas measurement and vapor partial pressure,so it can be only taken as a reference.3. The pump is using single phase power supply.When powered on, the pump starts working, but can not be put on the exhausting gas mode for a long time.When the gas is drained out,other gas should be passed in, so that each part of the pump could maintain a balance.

真空ポンプの取り付け方法
真空ポンプは、密閉空間から気体分子を吸引することで、密閉空間内に相対真空状態を作り出します。真空ポンプは様々な産業用途に使用できます。また、様々な潤滑オプションも提供しています。ご購入をご検討の場合は、ご購入前にその機能と特徴をご理解ください。 
仕組み
真空ポンプの動作原理はガス移動と呼ばれます。この原理はさらに、容積移送と運動量移動の2つの基本的なカテゴリーに分けられます。高圧と中程度の真空状態では、ガス分子が衝突して移動し、粘性流が発生します。さらに高い真空度では、ガス分子が分離し、分子流または遷移流が発生します。
真空ポンプのもう一つの原理は、液密性です。シールには主に2種類あります。ロータリーシールとスクリューシールです。ロータリーシールは液体の漏れを防ぎ、スクリューシールは高圧時にのみ液体の流出を許可します。ポンプによっては、3つ目のシールを使用しない場合があります。
真空ポンプの流量は、機械が一定量の材料を排出できる能力を決定します。排気速度が速いほど、排出時間が短くなります。したがって、真空ポンプの質量流量は慎重に検討する必要があります。また、真空の速度と種類も考慮する必要があります。
真空ポンプの動作原理は、気体分子を高圧状態から低圧状態へ押し出すことです。これにより、部分的な真空状態が作り出されます。真空ポンプには様々な種類があり、それぞれ機能が異なります。機械式と化学式のものがあります。いずれの場合も、その機能は共通しており、部分的な真空状態または完全な真空状態を作り出すことです。真空ポンプは様々な技術を採用しており、用途に応じてサイズが決定されます。最適な効率を得るには、適切なサイズ選定が不可欠です。
ガス移送ポンプは真空ポンプと同じ原理ですが、異なる技術を採用しています。最も初期の例の一つはアルキメデスの螺旋です。その構造は、中空のシリンダー内に1本のスクリューが配置されています。より現代的な設計では、2本または3本のスクリューが使用されています。スクリューの回転により、スクリューとハウジングの間の空洞にガス分子が閉じ込められます。そして、流体は大気圧よりわずかに高い圧力で排出されます。この差が圧縮比と呼ばれます。
もう一つの真空ポンプは拡散ポンプです。主な用途は工業用真空処理です。質量分析、ナノテクノロジー、分析機器などの用途で使用されます。これらのポンプは、一般的に購入費用と運用コストが安価です。
適用する
真空ポンプは、多くの科学技術プロセスや産業プロセスに不可欠です。真空管、ブラウン管、ランプ、半導体製造工程の製造に使用されています。また、機械装置の支持にも使用できます。例えば、自動車のエンジンに搭載できます。同様に、航空機の油圧部品への動力供給にも使用できます。その他にも、真空ポンプはジャイロスコープの校正にも役立ちます。
真空ポンプは製薬業界で広く使用されており、この技術の最大のユーザーの一つです。危険物質の取り扱いや廃棄物の迅速な除去に役立ちます。また、パワージェット、ダンプ燃料タンク、リアドアなどにも使用されています。しかし、真空ポンプは汚染に敏感であるため、漏れを防止できる環境でのみ使用する必要があります。そのため、用途に適した流体を選択することが非常に重要です。
最も一般的な真空ポンプはロータリーベーンポンプです。これらのポンプは、高い排気速度と低圧で知られています。効率的な排気能力により、10-6 bar未満の圧力まで到達可能です。さらに、通常はオイルシール式で、優れた真空吸引能力を備えています。
真空ポンプは、閉鎖系から空気を除去するためによく使用されます。圧縮空間内の空気の密度を下げることで真空状態を作り出します。これは、回転軸によって発生する機械的な力のエネルギーを利用して行われます。ポンプが加圧されると、このエネルギーを空気圧に変換します。圧力が異なる場合、生成されるエネルギーはガスの体積と内外の気圧差に依存します。
真空ポンプは太陽電池の製造にも利用されています。インゴット鋳造工程、セルおよびモジュール工程など、太陽電池の製造工程で使用されます。真空システムの設計は、プロセスコストの削減と収益性の向上に重要な役割を果たします。メンテナンスコストが低いため、真空ポンプは太陽電池の製造において非常に貴重なツールです。
真空ポンプは様々な用途で広く利用されています。産業用途や研究用途に加え、水質浄化にも使用されています。 
オイル潤滑オプション
真空ポンプには、様々な潤滑油オプションが用意されています。適切な潤滑油を選択することで、真空ポンプを保護し、その性能を最大限に引き出すことができます。ベースオイルの種類によって、酸化防止剤などの添加剤の含有量が異なり、特定の目的のために追加の添加剤が含まれているものもあります。真空ポンプの潤滑を最適化するには、これらの添加剤の濃度が適切なオイルを選択する必要があります。
真空ポンプは通常、パラフィン系鉱油で潤滑されます。しかし、このタイプの潤滑油は温度上昇に伴い蒸発します。蒸発による損失を最小限に抑えるには、蒸気圧の低い潤滑油を選択してください。また、極度の温度に耐えられる潤滑油を選ぶことも重要です。極度の温度は油に過度の負担をかけ、寿命を著しく縮める可能性があります。
粘度の観点から見ると、真空ポンプには合成油が最適です。これらの油はガス溶解を防ぎ、耐腐食性にも優れています。そのため、合成油は腐食性の高い物質を扱うのに最適です。ポンプに潤滑油が必要かどうかにかかわらず、高品質の製品を選ぶことが重要です。
真空ポンプのオイルは、メーカーの推奨に従って定期的に交換する必要があります。フィルターを使用している場合は、フィルターの寿命が来たらすぐにオイルも交換してください。計画外のオイル交換は、真空ポンプが最大真空容量に達しなくなる原因となります。
真空ポンプオイルは、真空ポンプメーカーやその他のサプライヤーから購入できます。様々なサイズがあり、ラベルもカスタマイズ可能です。オイルはポンプに合わせて設計されている必要がありますが、間違った種類のオイルを購入しないよう、メーカーの推奨事項をご確認ください。
合成油を使用する場合は、高品質のオイルを使用することが重要です。これにより、ポンプの効率が向上し、寿命が延びます。 
インストール
適切な設置場所を選んだら、次はポンプを設置します。まず、ポンプを平らな面に置きます。次に、ポンプをモーター本体のチェックバルブの上にねじ込みます。付属品がシーリングテープで巻かれ、ネジで固定されていることを確認してください。ガスの流入・流出方向は、ポンプ本体に矢印で示されています。ポンプの回転方向も表示されています。
試運転時には、ポンプの各部の動作を確認してください。ポンプに配管接続部がある場合は、配管はポンプフランジと同じサイズと形状である必要があります。また、配管によって圧力降下が発生しないことを確認してください。さらに、運転開始後3週間は、吸込口に保護ネットを設置する必要があります。
ポンプを選定する際には、システムの背圧を考慮してください。背圧が高すぎると真空ポンプの能力に影響します。また、シール部の温度も確認してください。温度が高すぎるとシール部が損傷する可能性があります。また、再循環ラインのバルブが半開きになっている、またはフィルターが詰まっていることも原因として考えられます。循環ポンプと熱交換器の汚れも確認する必要があります。
バキュームポンプは通常、車両のシャシーエリアに設置されます。エンジンの横、または下部のサポートフレームに取り付けることができます。通常は、適切なショックアブソーバーと遮断部材を使用してブラケットに固定されます。ただし、バキュームポンプを取り付ける前に、車両に接続する前にバキュームポンプの配線ハーネスを必ず確認してください。
多くの実験装置において、真空ポンプは不可欠です。しかし、真空ポンプが適切に設置されていないと、有害な蒸気や化学物質にユーザーがさらされる可能性があります。化学物質への偶発的な曝露を防ぐため、適切なプラグとベルトガードを設置する必要があります。また、ポンプ用のドラフトを設置することも重要です。
ほとんどの場合、真空ポンプには設置マニュアルと取扱説明書が付属しています。メーカーによっては、必要に応じて起動サポートを提供しているところもあります。
